About us

One team for data and IT.

Fidan Consulting is a consulting and IT company from Schleswig: data platforms on Databricks and Microsoft Fabric for enterprises and mid-sized companies, IT support for businesses in the region. Four of us, one dedicated contact per topic.

The company

Two business areas, one team, one address in Schleswig.

Fidan Consulting GmbH is based in Schleswig and works for customers across Germany – remotely and on site. A GmbH since July 2026, previously a sole proprietorship. It is run by Yunus Fidan.

In Data & AI we take on architecture, data engineering and infrastructure as code for lakehouse platforms. In IT services we support businesses with 1 to 100 workstations in Schleswig-Holstein – with a dedicated contact and an emergency service in the evenings and at weekends.

We consult in German, English and Turkish and explain decisions in a way that non-technical people can follow too.

How we work

What you can measure us by.

Three commitments that apply equally to data projects and IT support.

I

One point of contact

You talk to the person doing the work. No handover to a team that does not know the context.

II

Decisions with reasons

Every recommendation comes with alternatives, risks and costs. You decide – based on facts.

III

Handover instead of dependency

Code, documentation and knowledge belong to you. The goal is that your team can carry on without us in the end.
