Emergency IT help in Schleswig-Holstein.
Server down, network dead, ransomware, POS not working: when nothing works after hours or at the weekend, you reach us directly – no queue, no ticket. One call, one person who takes care of it.
Typical emergencies where every hour counts.
Server or industry software down
Nobody can reach jobs, patient records, inventory or accounting. We check hardware, services and backups and bring operations back.
Ransomware or hacker attack
Files are encrypted, a demand appears on screen. We disconnect, secure evidence, stop the spread and restore from clean backups.
No internet, no network, no phone
Router, firewall or switch fail, sites are unreachable. We find the cause and set up an emergency connection until the provider delivers.
E-mail and Microsoft 365 disrupted
Mailboxes locked, sign-in fails, accounts compromised. We secure access, reset passwords and multi-factor authentication and recover the mail.
POS, practice system or machine connection down
The shop is full, surgery hours are running, production is waiting. We prioritise what secures revenue and care and repair the rest afterwards.
Data deleted or backup unclear
A share is empty, a database is damaged. We check which backup is complete and restore selectively without overwriting current data.
How an emergency call-out works.
Call and initial assessment
You describe what happened and since when. We ask targeted questions and tell you right away what to do – or not do – first.
Remote access
Where possible, we connect via remote support and fix the problem directly. Many cases are resolved this way in under an hour.
On-site call-out
If hardware or network are affected, we come to your premises – with replacement routers, switches and hard drives in the car.
Follow-up
After the emergency you receive a short report: cause, what was done and what you should change so it does not happen again.
What to have ready when you call.
The more of this you have at hand, the faster your business is back up. None of it is a requirement.
- What exactly is not working, since when, and what was changed last?
- Error messages as a photo or screenshot
- Administrator access to server, router, Microsoft 365 or the name of your previous provider
- Access to the server room and a person on site
- Where are the backups, and who knows the password?
- If you suspect an attack: disconnect the computer from the network, but do not switch it off

Frequently asked questions about the IT emergency service
When is the IT emergency service available?
Monday to Friday from 5 pm to 11 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 8 pm (CET) on the emergency number. On weekdays during the day we are usually at customer projects; then you reach us via the office number +49 4621 4277322 or by e-mail, and we call back as soon as possible. Customers with a support plan also have priority during the day.
Do you also help businesses that are not yet customers?
Yes. In an emergency, what counts is getting your business running again. For that we need a description of the problem on the phone, your address and a person on site with access to the server room, router and administrator accounts.
What does an emergency call-out cost?
Emergency call-outs are billed by time and materials. We tell you the hourly rate, a possible surcharge for evening hours and travel costs on the phone before we start. There is no flat fee for the call itself.
How fast are you there?
The initial assessment happens immediately by phone or remote access. Many incidents can be resolved this way within 30 to 60 minutes. If an on-site call-out is needed, we drive within roughly one hour of Schleswig – Flensburg, Kiel, Rendsburg, Eckernförde, Husum, Kappeln and the surrounding area.
What to do if you suspect ransomware or a hacker attack?
Disconnect affected computers from the network, do not switch them off, do not respond to any ransom demand and call immediately. We secure evidence, stop the spread and check which backups are clean. For incidents that must be reported, we support you with the documentation.
Can you restore data from a backup that another provider set up?
In most cases yes, provided credentials and backup media are available. We first check whether the backup is complete and up to date, then restore selectively instead of overwriting everything.
Better before than in an emergency
So the next outage never becomes one.
With a support plan we check backups and security regularly – and you have the number before you need it.
